Get-MgDriveItemContent_Get: Cannot set percent because PercentComplete cannot be greater than 100. (Parameter 'value') Actual value was 2147483647.

Describe the bug

I'm trying to down load a file from SharePoint using Get-MgDriveItemContent. This has worked previously without an error.

I've had to change environment by way of running this code on Windows Server 2022...previously Windows Server 2016

Now I get this:

Start at Get-MgDriveItemContent and the PSCmdletExtensions.GetProgress/WriteToStream stack entries, then reproduce the download with PowerShell 7.5 and Microsoft.Graph.Files 2.25.0 using the issue's loop. Done means the file downloads successfully without the PercentComplete out-of-range exception; add or update a regression test if the relevant test location is found.
