Description

The teamwork->installedApps post request response doesn't have the right content-type header.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the usersById($userId)->teamwork()->installedApps()->post($requestBody)->wait() request described in the issue, then trace the response deserialization path that raises the missing content-type exception. Determine how this response is represented and verify the request completes without that exception, with a regression check for the reported call.
