Description
API owners should ensure delta functions should have accurate capability annotations for OData query parameters as described at https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/delta-query-overview#optional-query-parameters.
For example, /users/{user-id}/delta currently has orderby and top, which are not supported by the API.

Research direction
Start by reviewing the delta function capability annotations against the optional query parameters described in the linked delta-query overview. Check the /users/{user-id}/delta example first, then inspect other delta functions for the same mismatch. Done means unsupported parameters such as orderby and top are no longer advertised.
