Description

  microsoft.graph.distributionList:
      allOf:
        - $ref: '#/components/schemas/microsoft.graph.outlookItem'
        - title: distributionList
          required:
            - '@odata.type'
          type: object
          properties:
            displayName:
              type: string
description: The display name of the distribution list.
              nullable: true
            members:
              type: array
              items:
                $ref: '#/components/schemas/microsoft.graph.member'

The members element is not microsoft.graph.member. It should be an entriely different type - microsoft.graph.distributionlistmember (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/api/resources/distributionlistmember?view=graph-rest-beta).

Research direction

Start with the microsoft.graph.distributionList schema shown in the issue and compare its members reference with the distributionlistmember resource documentation linked there. Update the metadata so the members element uses the intended type, then verify that the resulting schema reflects that reference.
