Description
Hi, we configured the bot display name in Azure portal and it worked as expected. Later we published a Teams App for the app that the bot is bound with. Since then, whenever bot joins a Teams meeting, we see the published Teams app name (looks like it’s the short name) shown as bot display name instead of the one configured in the bot.
Is this behavior expected? Thanks!

Research direction
Review the Azure portal bot display-name configuration and the published Teams App's short name, then reproduce the behavior when the bot joins a meeting. Compare the configured bot name with the displayed app name and document whether this is expected; if not, identify which configuration or service owns the displayed value.
