Description
@HankNguyen-MSFT @zihzhan-msft
Hello, I just read in your commit about changes in the bot registration
Bot Channel Registration is on deprecation path, in place Azure bot can be used instead
Azure bot resource creation does not automatically create app registration, thus we need to create an app registration and MSI beforehand.
Can you explain please, the in place Azure bot and the new way ?
