Description
There should be a Possibility to disable “removed from call / rejoin” window in teams client after doing a cancel Invite. Cancel Invite should be in Graph Sdk, right now it's missing and only works with Graph Api.

Research direction
No file, test, or entry point is named. Start by reviewing how Cancel Invite is represented in the Graph API and whether the communications SDK exposes it, then trace the Teams-client behavior described in the issue. Done requires an agreed scope for SDK support and the rejoin-window behavior, with validation for both paths.
