Description
I am currently unable to disable the video loopback on HueBot example. I'd like to still be able to access the VideoStream of each participant, but I dont want to share that video in the meeting. Is that a possible scenario with HueBot or any other examples? Currently setting the VideoMedia policy to only Receive or only Send, disables all possibility to access the participants VideoStream and subscribe to it.

Research direction
Review the HueBot example's handling of the VideoMedia policy and participant VideoStream subscriptions, starting at the example entry point. Confirm whether participant streams can remain accessible while loopback sharing is disabled, and document the supported behavior or required change; no file or test is named in the issue.
