Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by clarifying the Graph SDK version, affected call IDs and UTC times, expected behavior, and sanitized logs; then identify the communications call data that represents each party. Done means the supported way to distinguish the call creator and callee is documented or exposed and verified for a Teams-to-mobile call.
