Description
No changes in code. The IncidentBot is deployed into Azure from VisualStudio 2017.
If you try open the URL then message: "HTTP Error 502.5 - Process Failure".
In logs:" with physical root 'D:\home\site\wwwroot' failed to start process with commandline '.\IncidentBot".
