Description
@ksikorsk @ssulzer @ananmishr @zihzhan and anyone can help on this.
When two users with recording policy assigned join the same meeting/call, it captures the data twice. I am using that data for audio transcription which transcribes the audio data twice.
How can I resolve that?

Research direction
The issue names no file, test, or entry point. Start by reproducing a Microsoft Teams meeting or call with two users assigned a recording policy, then trace how the captured audio streams are exposed to transcription.
