Research direction
Start with the Incident Bot sample and its reported Microsoft.Graph.Communications.Calls 1.2.0.850 failure. Use the request ID, scenario ID, timestamp, and InternalServerError logs to investigate why the bot joins the call but does not perform the expected functionality; done means the sample runs successfully without the service error.
