Description
I set the following parameters to false with the Set-CsTeamsComplianceRecordingApplication powershell command:
-RequiredBeforeCallEstablishment, -RequiredDuringCall, -RequiredBeforeMeetingJoin,
-RequiredDuringMeeting
I would expect a user with that has a Compliance recording policy set with the previous Compliance Recording application should be able to receive a call if I set those parameters to false, but the call goes to voicemail.
Do you know if those parameters work yet? Or maybe point me in the right direction?

Research direction
Start by reproducing the Set-CsTeamsComplianceRecordingApplication command with the four listed parameters set to false, then trace the resulting compliance-recording call behavior. Confirm whether the user can receive the call instead of being sent to voicemail, and document whether the parameters affect that behavior.
