Research direction

Start by locating the existing packet-capture import and analysis entry points, then determine how netsh-generated .etl traces differ from currently supported inputs. Done means XMAT can import these traces and analyze captures from remote PCs, but the issue does not name files, tests, or detailed acceptance criteria.
