Research direction

Start by reproducing the reported include and static_assert failure in a minimal C++ DLL project using the NuGet package, then inspect the compiler diagnostics and the library headers involved in stream extraction. Done means identifying the unsupported type or setup causing the failure and documenting a confirmed correction or workaround.
