Distribution version: Ubuntu 18.04
WSLg version: 1.0.26
Steps to reproduce
- Install Lithuanian input language in Windows,
- Open WSLg App (I used tilix or gedit),
- Switch to Lithuanian input in Windows
- Type on number keys 1, 2, 3 (not on Numpad)
WSL logs:
Expected behavior
Expected input when typing 1, 2, 3 while using the Lithuanian keyboard layout is: ą, č, ę.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the issue in a WSLg app such as Tilix or gedit with the Lithuanian Windows keyboard layout, then inspect versions.txt and weston.log. Done means number keys in the affected layout produce ą, č, and ę instead of 1, 2, and 3.
