Expected behavior

Mesa should use the d3d12 gallium driver

Actual behavior

Mesa is still using llvmpipe

Start by reproducing the reported setup with the AMD vGPU drivers, Mesa 21.2.1 d3d12 driver, and /dev/dxg present, then inspect glxinfo alongside the attached weston.log. Done means identifying why GPU acceleration is unavailable on the Ryzen 7 Vega 11 environment and documenting or addressing the cause.
