Description

At this moment, GUI windows from WSL2 are handled in a way that makes them not handled by e.g. PowerToys which in result makes it impossible to properly tile windows etc.
Is it possible to change this behaviour?

Research direction

No files, tests, or entry points are identified in the issue. Begin by reproducing how WSL2 GUI windows appear to PowerToys and tracing the WSLg window-integration behavior; done means PowerToys can properly recognize and tile those windows.
