Description

While wasn't an issue when technical users were using the MCP in CoWork a users can delete mail and they need to go into the recovery folder to get it back if they do it on error. IMO deletion should be a move to the Deleted Items so the average user can recover from an error without a service require to their IT staff.

Research direction

Start by locating the MCP or CLI mail-delete entry point and checking how deletion is currently handled. Review any existing mail-operation tests, then verify that the completed behavior moves mail to Deleted Items and allows recovery without relying on the recovery folder.
