Description
Last week I was able to use the WorkIQ MCP tools successfully within my Copilot Studio agent. Since Tuesday, I have been getting the following error for prompts Ive been successfully using from last week. I've made sure to check all of my connections and Tool configurations and everything seems to be in order.
Prompt sent: "Can you draft an email to x letting him know that I will have to take PTO tomorrow from 1pm to 3pm"
"Sorry, something went wrong. Error code: SystemError. Conversation ID: xxxxx. Time (UTC): 3/26/2026 9:39:46 PM."

Research direction
Reproduce the provided PTO prompt in a Copilot Studio agent while invoking a WorkIQ MCP tool, then inspect the resulting SystemError and conversation ID. No repository file or test is identified; done means the prompt succeeds again with the configured connections and tool.
