Description
Hi guys, as per my understanding of VS Code Live - MCP Apps are live! - Youtube it seems that work-iq would be the perfect candidate for a Microsoft MCP App
looking forward for it :-)

Research direction
The request proposes turning work-iq into a Microsoft MCP App, referencing VS Code Live and the MCP Apps announcement, but it names no files, tests, entry points, or acceptance criteria. Start by clarifying the intended host, user workflow, and required behavior; the work is done when those requirements are defined and the integration can be validated in the target host.
