Describe the bug
Install from Marketplace. Edit query wiql command is missing. Switching to new boards experience shows the command. Switching back to prior boards experience removes it again.
Environment:
- Browser [e.g. chrome, edge] Edge
- onpremises (Azure Devops Server/tfs) or hosted (Azure Devops) Hosted

- The command is missing.
