Summary

Collect a best-effort op coverage number for AMD GPU via MIGraphX. This is a deprioritized, data-only task — no full enablement planned for May 1.

Context

AMD GPU (MIGraphX) is deprioritized for the May 1 delivery. The goal is a coverage number only — if AMD MIGraphX / ROCm documentation is publicly available, record the supported op set. Full enablement is deferred to Q3.

Current State

• AMD GPU (MIGraphX) not integrated in ModelKit
• No engineering resources allocated for May; coverage number only if trivially available
• Full enablement deferred to Q3

Desired State

• AMD MIGraphX op coverage number recorded (from public ROCm / MIGraphX docs)
• Documented in the EP coverage registry as "coverage only — not enabled"
• Full enablement tracked as a Q3 follow-up

Acceptance Criteria

• AMD MIGraphX op coverage percentage documented from public sources
• Coverage recorded in the EP registry with status "coverage only"
• Q3 full-enablement work item created as a follow-up
