Brief description of your issue

I was having trouble getting it to work with v3 resources. I typed Microsoft.WinGet/UserSettingsFile for the Module name and clicked "Get" and it didn't show the correct result. dsc resource get -r "Microsoft.WinGet/UserSettingsFile" works correctly on my machine

Research direction

Start with the UI "Get" action using the v3 resource name Microsoft.WinGet/UserSettingsFile, then compare its behavior with the working dsc resource get -r "Microsoft.WinGet/UserSettingsFile" command. Reproduce the issue in version 0.0.1 and verify that the resource properties load correctly.
