Brief description of your issue

Version 7.0.0 attempts to overwrite installed 7.99 nightly build

Steps to reproduce

1. Install KiCAD 7.0.0 using winget
2. Install the latest nightly manually from here
3. Upgrade KiCAD using winget (winget upgrade --all in my case)

Actual behavior

winget shows Version 7.0.0 as a candidate to upgrade the 7.99 nightly

Expected behavior

winget should not overwrite the nighly version
