[Package Issue]: OO-Software.ShutUp10

Brief description of your issue

cant launch shutup10. No links in start menu nor command alias shutup10.

Steps to reproduce

winget install OO-Software.ShutUp10
relaunch terminal
shutup10

shutup10: The term 'shutup10' is not recognized as a name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or executable program.
Check the spelling of the name, or if a path was included, verify that the path is correct and try again.
no start menu link to program.

Actual behavior

no launchie

launchie program.

Reproduce the installation with winget install OO-Software.ShutUp10 in the reported Windows environment, then inspect the diagnostic files under %LOCALAPPDATA%\Packages\Microsoft.DesktopAppInstaller_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\DiagOutputDir. Check the package entry for how its executable and shortcuts are exposed. Done means the installed program can be launched through a Start menu link or the shutup10 command.
