[Package Issue]: Rizonesoft.Notepad3 changes notepad default

Please confirm these before moving forward

• I have searched for my issue and not found a work-in-progress/duplicate/resolved issue.
• I have not been informed if the issue is resolved in a preview version of the winget client.

Installation issue.

Brief description of your issue

Install, and notepad3 will be run when notepad is run.

The installer has an option to not to this, but maybe it's not exposed in a way that can be set in an unattended install? Might need a bug against developer?

Steps to reproduce

winget install Rizonesoft.Notepad3

now notepad will launch notepad3.

Reproduce the behavior with winget install Rizonesoft.Notepad3, then inspect the Rizonesoft.Notepad3 package manifest and the installer's available options. Determine whether unattended installation can prevent the Notepad association, and verify that notepad still opens Windows Notepad after the change.
