winget installs Firefox beta version during upgrade

Brief description of your issue

When I upgrade all apps with winget upgrade --all "Firefox Developer Edition (x64 hu)" updates to the latest beta version of the program.

Steps to reproduce

winget upgrade --all

Expected behavior

Do not update to beta version by default.

Actual behavior

Install the beta version of the program.

Start by reproducing winget upgrade --all with Firefox Developer Edition (x64 hu) using the reported Windows Package Manager version, then inspect the corresponding package data in this repository. Done means the upgrade no longer selects the beta version by default; the issue does not name a specific file or test.
