[Package Issue]: Mozilla.Thunderbird 102.4.2 installed the 32-Bit program while I had the 64-Bit version installed (64-Bit Win 11)

Please confirm these before moving forward

• I have searched for my issue and not found a work-in-progress/duplicate/resolved issue.
• I have not been informed if the issue is resolved in a preview version of the winget client.

Brief description of your issue

Mozilla.Thunderbird 102.4.2 installed the 32-Bit program while I had the 64-Bit version installed (64-Bit Win 11).
In the end I had Thunderbird twice and winget didn't recognize the previous installation as updated (as it wasn't).
I manually removed the 32-Bit version, openend the 64-Bit version afterwards and updated through the included updater.

Steps to reproduce

winget upgrade Mozilla.Thunderbird - That is if you're also on a 64-Bit Windows 11 machine and have 64-Bit Thunderbird installed.

Actual behavior

32-Bit version is being installed next to previously installed 64-Bit version.

Expected behavior

64-Bit version is being upgraded/updated.

Start with the reported winget upgrade Mozilla.Thunderbird command and compare the installed x64 Thunderbird with the downloaded win32 installer URL in the issue. Done means the upgrade selects the 64-bit package on 64-bit Windows and does not install Thunderbird side by side.
