I think I could build that package, but I am unable to find a silent switch for the installer. Neither by USSF, nor by ProcessExplorer or testing things like / (or-) [s]ilent, [q]uiet, [u]natended, ...
WinRAR reports the exe-installer to be a self extracting cab (an can open it) in case that helps.

Start with the installer at https://subsembly.com/download/TopBanking4Setup.exe and the reported WinRAR self-extracting CAB details; investigate whether the installer exposes a usable unattended mode. Done means confirming a silent installation approach and having enough information to submit the Banking4 7.9.1.8280 manifest.
