Brief description of your issue

The package in the repo is the installer which has a different version number than MySQL itself. The ProductCode given is for the installer and not the server. The installer is what manages the installation and updation of MySQL and related software.

Actual behavior

Version of the winget package is 8.0.28 while of the installer is 1.6.1.0

Expected behavior

Version of the winget package should be 1.6.1.0
