[Package Issue]: BioSilico.IdeaMapper.Pro (Its current no-restart switch doesn't work)

• I have not been informed if the issue is resolved in a preview version of the winget client.

Brief description of your issue

Despite the presence of /V/norestart in BioSilico.IdeaMapper.Pro.installer.yaml, running winget install BioSilico.IdeaMapper.Pro results in a sudden, immediate, and fairly unexpected system reboot after completion.

Steps to reproduce

1. Run winget install BioSilico.IdeaMapper.Pro
2. The installation succeeds.
3. Windows immediately does a reboot.

Actual behavior

The system reboots after installing Idea Mapper Pro.

Expected behavior

The system does not reboot after installing Idea Mapper Pro.

No still-screenshots would be able to show the problem properly, unfortunately.

Inspect BioSilico.IdeaMapper.Pro.installer.yaml, especially its existing /V/norestart entry, and reproduce the issue with winget install BioSilico.IdeaMapper.Pro on the stated Windows environment. Update the manifest so installation completes without an immediate reboot, then verify the same command no longer restarts the system.
