Why is that not reviewed?

The manifest was updated to Version 5.9.112 automatically by the winget bot.
but that manifest does not work as the AppsAndFeaturesEntries -> InstallerType is wrong (must be msi) and though winget upgrade JumpingBytes.ClipboardMaster fails.
With the PR that is fixed.

So, please review and merge that.
