[Package Issue]: Mozilla.Thunderbird vs Mozilla.Thunderbird.ESR

PR https://github.com/microsoft/winget-pkgs/pull/420173 problem: this makes Winget confuse Thunderbird with Thunderbird ESR

winget tried to "upgrade" my standard release Thunderbird 153.0.3 to ESR 153.1.0
however... i used Thunderbird's built-in updater and it correctly updated to 154.0

### Steps to reproduce

- install Thunderbird standard release 153.0.3
- run `winget upgrade` and check proposed updates

### Actual behavior

find out WinGet tries to upgrade standard release to ESR track

### Expected behavior

expected: WinGet should not change major versions track.

Review PR #420173 and the package metadata for Mozilla.Thunderbird and Mozilla.Thunderbird.ESR, then reproduce the proposed upgrade with `winget upgrade` after installing the standard release. Done means WinGet no longer proposes changing a standard Thunderbird installation to the ESR track.
