Microsoft.Sysinternals.Suite x64 wrong hash
and same with
Microsoft.Sysinternals.PsTools x64 wrong hash

### Steps to reproduce

winget install Microsoft.Sysinternals.Suite
Found Sysinternals Suite [Microsoft.Sysinternals.Suite] Version 2026-07-09

### Actual behavior

proper hash
maybe sysinternals should add version into download URL :)
