[Package Issue]: ToEverything.AFFiNE multiple installs

Multiple installed packages found.

### Brief description of your issue

Duplicate installs, 2 executables, 2 entries in cpl.
Could be related to -
- #409361

**Package 1**
"C:\Users\...\AppData\Local\AFFiNE"

**Package 2**
"C:\Users\...\AppData\Local\Programs\AFFiNE"

I think one possibility could be using the internal update within the software is registering it as separate install and maybe winget updates the older one later but it is just a guess.

### Steps to reproduce

Not sure. Maybe installing the older version updating it from inside the software then using winget upgrade

### Actual behavior

2 installs and uninstaller. One with github links, so probably the winget install.

1 install
