[New Feature]: Add office.net to the default domain whitelist.

`office.net` and its many subdomains is the official hosting site and/or website of a large number of Microsoft Office-related software produced and distributed by Microsoft.

Therefore, it should not throw `Validation-Domain` errors.

### Proposed technical implementation details (optional)

Add `office.net` and `*.office.net` to wherever the secret whitelist file is.

Locate the secret whitelist file used by the Validation-Domain check, since the issue does not name its path. Add entries for office.net and *.office.net, then verify that Microsoft Office-related domains no longer trigger Validation-Domain errors.
