### Brief description of your issue
`winget.exe install --id "Joplin.Joplin" --exact --source winget --accept-source-agreements --disable-interactivity --accept-package-agreements --location "C:\Program Files\Notes\Joplin"`
Installs under `C:\Program` as though we're living in the prehistoric times where spaces didn't exist!
### Steps to reproduce
- Run the aforementioned command
- Observe the installer picking the wrong destination
### Actual behavior
App intalled in the wrong location
### Expected behavior
App installed in the right location
