[Package Issue]: NitroSoftware.NitroPro download error

### Brief description of your issue

while downloading the installer, we are getting any error as below. the dependency is downloaded without any issue, but main installer is failed to download.

### Steps to reproduce

winget download NitroSoftware.NitroPro

### Actual behavior

installer not downloading via winget commands

### Expected behavior

should download without any error.
