[Package Issue]: EPSON.EpsonNetPrint

### Brief description of your issue

The EpsonNet Print package fails to upgrade due to the lack of an application that supports it. The update, besides, does not apply to systems with drivers for older devices.

### Steps to reproduce

winget upgrade -all
or
winget upgrade EPSON.EpsonNetPrint

### Actual behavior

The winget command complains with the error: "0x800704c7 : The operation was canceled by the user" when trying to upgrade the package.

### Expected behavior

The upgrade should'n even appear for non applicable systems.
