[Validation Bug] Defender interfering with dynamic analysis workflow

We've addressed:
* #326496

Now we're seeing an increase in the number of instances where Defender is interfering with the validation workflow. It manifests itself as a "false positive" like a detection, but that is not always the case.

### Steps to reproduce

Non deterministic

### Actual behavior

Defender appears to fail during dynamic analysis.

### Expected behavior

Defender shouldn't be interfering with dynamic analysis, and should only fail if there is a detection.
