### Brief description of your issue

I'm the publisher of [iOfficeAI/OfficeCLI](https://github.com/iOfficeAI/OfficeCLI), the software distributed by the `HaiYing.OfficeCLI` package. The manifests point at our official GitHub release binaries (URLs and SHA256 are correct), but the package identity attributes the software to an unrelated company:

- PackageIdentifier `HaiYing.OfficeCLI` — we have no affiliation with "HaiYing"
- `Publisher: Hying Technology Co., Ltd.` and `PublisherUrl: https://office-ai.net/` — that is a different, unrelated product ("OfficeAI Assistant"). Our product site is https://officecli.ai

The package was created and is auto-updated by the Dumplings bot; I have asked its maintainer to correct the task as well: SpecterShell/Dumplings#122 — so no new submissions under the old identifier are expected once that lands.

**Request:** rename `HaiYing.OfficeCLI` → `OfficeCLI.OfficeCLI` with corrected metadata:

- Publisher: `OfficeCLI`
- PublisherUrl: `https://officecli.ai`
- PublisherSupportUrl, PackageUrl, License etc. can stay as-is (already correct)

I can provide any verification needed — this account administers the iOfficeAI GitHub org and publishes the releases the manifests download.

### Steps to reproduce

`winget show HaiYing.OfficeCLI` — observe Publisher "Hying Technology Co., Ltd." / https://office-ai.net/

### Actual behavior

OfficeCLI is attributed to Hying Technology Co., Ltd. (office-ai.net), an unrelated company/product.

### Expected behavior

Package identified as `OfficeCLI.OfficeCLI`, Publisher `OfficeCLI`, PublisherUrl `https://officecli.ai`, matching the actual publisher of the binaries.

### Environment

```
winget source: community repo (manifests/h/HaiYing/OfficeCLI)
```

Research direction

Start in manifests/h/HaiYing/OfficeCLI and inspect the manifest metadata, then run `winget show HaiYing.OfficeCLI` to confirm the current attribution. Rename the package to `OfficeCLI.OfficeCLI`, update Publisher and PublisherUrl as requested, and verify that the displayed identity matches the expected values.
