Research direction
Start with the Docker Desktop 4.77 manifest and reproduce the problem with `winget install Docker.DockerDesktop` on Windows 11 x64. Compare the manifest's x64 installer hash with the downloaded installer, correct the manifest value if confirmed, and verify that installation proceeds without a hash mismatch.
