[Package Issue]: Cannot uninstall or upgrade Microsoft.Edit 1.2.1

• I have searched for my issue and not found a work-in-progress/duplicate/resolved issue.
• I have not been informed if the issue is resolved in a preview version of the winget client.

Brief description of your issue

Microsoft.Edit version 1.2.1 cannot be removed from my system or replaced with version 2.0.0

Steps to reproduce

Version 1.2.1 of Microsoft.Edit is installed and working correctly.

I have tried to update to version 2.0.0 which failed. So I attempted to remove version 1.2.1 which also fails.

I am using UniGetUI as the front-end. I've tried running Interactive and as Admin and the results are the same.

I have tried the Microsoft tool from this page Fix problems that block programs from being installed or removed but it was unable to find Edit.

I also searched through the Registry under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall and couldn't find it.

Actual behavior

When attempting to uninstall the application, it fails with vague errors.

Expected behavior

The software should be properly uninstalled.

Reproduce with the logged winget uninstall --id Microsoft.Edit --exact --source winget --version 1.2.1 --silent command. Start at external/pkg/src/AppInstallerRepositoryCore/Microsoft/Schema/Portable_1_0/PortableIndexInterface_1_0.cpp line 54 and follow the uninstall flow referenced in AppInstallerCLICore/Workflows/UninstallFlow.cpp. Done means the installed portable package can be uninstalled or upgraded without the 0x80070490 error.
