Research direction
Start by reproducing `winget install --id=Apache.NetBeans --source=winget` from an elevated PowerShell terminal using the reported Windows Package Manager version. Inspect the Apache.NetBeans package data and compare its recorded installer hash with the downloaded installer; it is done when the hash matches and installation succeeds.
