[Package Issue]: Package.Identifier problem to upgrade data gateway (on-promise) version from 3000.286.14 to 3000.318.11

### Brief description of your issue

We are trying to update data gateway (on-promise) from 3000.286.14 to 3000.318.11 version; but we have error in installation package.

Somebody know the correct process to install the latest version to be used on Fabric on promise.

### Steps to reproduce

Launch package install with admin user that go in error.

### Actual behavior

Go in error please see below logs.

### Expected behavior

Update data gateway on promises
