The @spectopo bot damaged the manifiest of Git.Git by commenting out its custom arguments:

The damage began in version 2.51.0.2, and it was propagated to versions 2.51.1, 2.51.2, 2.52.0, 2.53.0, 2.53.0.2, 2.53.0.3 & 2.54.0

The scope of this issue is to:

a) Fix the damaged manifiests by restoring the custom arguments
b) Review the bot configuration, to make sure it doesn't damage the manifiest again with future updates

Start with the Git.Git manifest files shown in PR #299104 and compare the affected versions listed in this issue. Restore the custom arguments, then review the @spectopo bot configuration to ensure future updates do not remove them; done means the damaged manifests are corrected and the bot no longer causes the same damage.
