Description

### Description of the new feature/enhancement

Many packages like Tableau are locked behind accounts. A way to fix that.

### Proposed technical implementation details (optional)

Method 1: Store the setup and SHA separately in cloud which can be verified during install. A third party software backup.
Method 2: Create an account for winget which it can use to fetch a temporary url.
Method 3: Contact the software vendor directly.
