ogdesign.Eagle version 4.0.1.0 does not exist and does not update the app when running update command
### Steps to reproduce
`winget upgrade ogdesign.Eagle`
### Actual behavior
Winget downloads and "installs" the update but it is the same version as the last one
### Expected behavior
Not to be offered an update
