[Package Issue]: Raycast.Raycast seems to be missing

### Brief description of your issue

The raycast on msstore viewable with winget has an id of 9PFXXSHC64H3 instead of Raycast.Raycast, and the Raycast installer in this repo seems to be missing
This may be intentional but I couldn't find an answer when looking at previous commits, or may have missed it

### Steps to reproduce

winget search Raycast and view the id of the results.
Missing winget-pkgs/tree/master/manifests/Raycast directory

### Actual behavior

Unable to install raycast via id: Raycast.Raycast

### Expected behavior

Able to install raycast via id: Raycast.Raycast
